We want you to be happy with MYP Science. That's why IB Science Hub offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including the monthly subscription and the eAssessment Pass.

How to request a refund

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund past payments; use the 30-day guarantee above if you'd like a recent payment refunded.
