MYP Science is operated by IB Science Hub ("we", "us", "the seller"). When you use this service or make a purchase, you are contracting with IB Science Hub.

By creating an account or continuing to use MYP Science, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

MYP Science is an online revision platform for IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) science, offering quizzes, flashcards, simulations, diagnostic scans and practice activities for Criteria A, B, C and D. Content is provided for educational purposes and does not guarantee any particular grade or exam outcome.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud or spam
• Infringe intellectual property rights of IB Science Hub or third parties
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping content at scale
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits

IB Science Hub retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including all software, questions, explanations, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own study within your selected plan.

Paid plans (monthly subscription and the eAssessment Pass) are billed through our payment provider. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics, please also refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
